Teri McGiness brings a keen interest in the law, dedication to client service and seemingly boundless energy to her position as Paralegal at Witzke Berry Carter & Wander PLLC. In this capacity, she assists the firm’s attorneys with the drafting of deeds, letters, basic estate planning documents, and any other matters required by WBCW attorneys.

Teri received her Associate’s Degree in Business, with a concentration in Paralegal, from Baker College, where she graduated Cum Laude in 2009 and was an enthusiastic participant in the Paralegal Club. She has interned at law firms specializing in Medical Malpractice, Insurance Claims, Guardianships, and Conservatorships. She also worked as a Legal Secretary at a general practice firm, which inspired Teri to continue her education and earn her degree as a Paralegal.

Teri is married and, in her free time, enjoys spending time with her husband watching movies and traveling across the great state of Michigan. She also enjoys cross-stitching and reading.
