WHAT DO I DO NOW?

First determine if there is a Michigan Estate to probate.  Did the deceased leave assets solely in their name?  For example, was there a house left in the name of the deceased, or a bank account?  What is the value of those assets?  If the assets were valued less than roughly $20,000.000, then we can make use of a Michigan Probate Court shortcut.
