Christopher J. Berry practices Michigan estate, business, probate and elder law attorney. He has been a lecturer, speaker and writer on estate planning topics. He has co-authored a nationally released book, Estate Planning Strategies, which gives practical information that addresses common estate planning concerns. He has also contributed to and was quoted in The Complete Guide to Organizing Your Records for Estate Planning by John N. Peragine, Jr. In addition to his written work, he has also spoken and taught numerous financial advisors on advanced estate planning techniques, including stand alone retirement plan trusts that force the stretch out of IRAs.
Christopher J. Berry is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Finance and Psychology Degree along with Michigan State University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in corporations. After law school, Mr. Berry earned a Certification of Completion for the Estate Planning and Probate Program co-sponsored by the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the Institute of Continued Legal Education.
Christopher J. Berry is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning and Taxation Sections of the State Bar of Michigan. Christopher Berry is also a member of WealthCounsel, a national collaborative of the top estate planning attorney. He has also been very involved in his church and has been the Vice President of Business Networking International-Network Partners.
Lawyer Berry is committed to serving Michigan seniors and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), ElderCounsel, the Elder Care Alliance Matters, and the National Care Planning Council.
